Class time will involve short lectures, individual exercises, small group exercises, and live feedback.
Students will receive individualized instruction and feedback on weekly assignments and a final project. No attendance requirement. Grades are pass/fail.

COURSE BOOK: “Drafting Contracts: How and Why Lawyers Do What They Do” Second Edition, by Tina Stark.
SCHEDULE: Courses are 12 weeks long, and are held on Sunday afternoons from noon to 2 p.m. Southern University Law Center holidays will be observed. Next course begins May 2024.
COST: $1,250. $250 due at signup (non-refundable). $1000 due by second class (fully refundable prior to second class; partially refundable as class progresses; details in student agreement).
LOCATION: TBD. Classes will be held in person if 10 or more students sign up. Students will have the option to attend by ZOOM. If less than 10 students sign up, classes will be held via ZOOM. Class will be limited to 25 students.
